PS Focus has experience in process improvement initiatives to address issues in our clients’ operations. We have been successful in modifying processes that improve our clients’ delivery of services to their clients. We conduct interviews with all employees involved in the process, research best practices if necessary and deliver recommendations and implementation timelines for changes in the processes.
PS Focus also manages operations for our clients. We document the tasks being performed, set guidelines, expectations and methods to evaluate performance. We then monitor the processes and staff performance taking corrective actions when necessary and report to our clients on a periodic basis and obtain feedback.
