Some of our clients have assigned management tasks to employees who are capable of learning how to perform those tasks but need assistance in conquering the learning curve.  PS Focus partners with these clients as a resource for both the owner(s) and the employee by providing customized training and assistance to insure the employee attains an effective level of performance in their management duties.

Other clients would prefer PS Focus to handle all aspects of management.  We work with those clients to assess and identify their management needs then assign a PS Focus employee and an account manager to the client site.  We are proud of our success in these types of partnerships and enjoy contributing to increasing our clients’ productivity and profitability.
